VANCOUVER, British Columbia, July 30, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Teck Resources Limited (TSX: TECK.A and TECK.B, NYSE: TECK) (“Teck”) and Anglo American plc (“Anglo American”) announce the composition of the future Executive Leadership Team (“ELT”) of Anglo Teck plc (“Anglo Teck”), the combined company that will be formed through the merger announced on September 9, 2025. These future ELT roles will take effect immediately following completion of the merger which is conditional upon receipt of final regulatory approval, expected within the originally announced timeline of between September 2026 and March 2027.
