(NASDAQ:MESA) (“Mesa” or the “Company”) today reported operating and financial results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2025. Previously, on September 24, 2025, the Mesa Board of Directors approved a change in the Company’s fiscal year-end, moving from September 30 to December 31, which became effective on January 1, 2025 for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025.
