Has entered into a definitive share agreement with Endeavour Silver Corp., pursuant to which Guanajuato Silver will acquire the Bolañitos silver and gold mine from the Company for total consideration of up to US$50 million, comprised of upfront consideration of US$40 million payable on closing of the Transaction and contingent consideration of an additional US$10 million. The Transaction is expected to close in January 2026. Guanajuato Silver Company Ltd. shares V.GSVR are trading up $0.02 at $0.38.
