The deal grants access to the Veterans Administration and Department of Defense (DoD) healthcare systems for ReShape's full portfolio including the FDA-cleared STIMEL-03 neurorehabilitation system and next-generation Lap-Band(R) 2.0 FLEX. Incannex Healthcare Gains 13% on Series A Warrant Cancellation
Incannex Healthcare Inc. (IXHL) rose 12.56% in the PRISM Emerging Psychedelics Index after canceling all outstanding Series A Warrants, eliminating more than 347 million shares from potential future dilution. Funded through its At-The-Market facility, the move simplifies the company's capital structure ahead of key milestones including topline results from the Phase 2 RePOSA trial of IHL-42X, its investigational drug for obstructive sleep apnea, expected in July. IHL-42X is a fixed-dose combination oral therapy targeting physiological pathways associated with sleep apnea, a condition lacking FDA-approved drugs.
