BROSSARD, QC, May 12, 2025 /CNW/ - G Mining Ventures Corp. ("GMIN" or the "Corporation" or "we") (TSX:GMIN.TO) (OTCQX:GMINF) today announces that it will restate its consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2024, along with a corresponding restated Management Discussion and Analysis, to reflect two non-cash accounting adjustments identified during its first-quarter 2025 financial review. All amounts are in USD unless stated otherwise.
