Announced that iolite Capital Management AG, a Switzerland-based investment manager, as representative of iolite Partners Ltd. called a special meeting of the holders of common shares of Dynacor to elect Robert Leitz to the board of directors of the Company which is scheduled to take place on April 16. Dynacor Group shares T.DNG are trading unchanged at $4.77.
