LONGUEUIL, QC, March 26, 2025 /CNW/ - Innergex Renewable Energy Inc. (TSX:INE.TO) ("Innergex" or the "Corporation") today announced that it has filed and is in the process of mailing its management information circular (the "Circular") and related materials in connection with its upcoming annual and special meeting of shareholders to be held virtually on May 1, 2025 (the "Meeting") in connection with its previously announced arrangement to be taken private by CDPQ.
