Announced that, due to continuing strong investor demand, it has further upsized its previously announced brokered, marketed offering of common shares of Condor. Pursuant to the upsize, the Company will be issuing Common Shares at a price of $1.90 per Common Share, of which $10,000,000 will be under the Listed Issuer Financing Exemption and $7,000,000 by way of a private placement to accredited investors, resulting in aggregate gross proceeds of $17,000,000. Condor Energies Inc. shares T.CDR are trading down $0.02 at $2.20.
