TORONTO, Nov. 28, 2024 /CNW/ - Lombard Street Capital Corp. (TSXV:LSC-P.VN) (the "Corporation"), is pleased to announce that it has completed its initial public offering of 30,000,000 common shares of the Corporation (the "Common Shares") at a purchase price of $0.10 per Common Share by way of a prospectus for gross proceeds of $3,000,000 (the "Offering").
