ST. JOHN'S, NL, July 24, 2024 /CNW/ - Aurion Resources Ltd. (TSXV:AU.VN) (OTCQX:AIRRF) ("Aurion" or the "Company") announces a non-brokered private placement of common shares (the "Kinross Private Placement") to Kinross Gold Corporation ("Kinross") which, on closing, will enable Kinross to maintain its previous ownership position of approximately 9.98% of the issued and outstanding common shares of the Company.
