CNB Community Bancorp, Inc. (OTCQX:CNBB) announced that the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend on the Company’s common stock in the amount of $0.34 per share, an increase of $0.03 per share from the dividend paid for the 2 ^nd Quarter of 2025, payable on July 10, 2026 for shareholders of record on June 30, 2026.
