TORONTO, Feb. 13, 2024 /CNW/ - SolarBank Corporation (CNSX:SUNN.CN) (OTC:SUUNF) (FSE:GY2) ("SolarBank" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that the Cboe Canada stock exchange ("Cboe Canada") has granted final approval of the Company's listing application and that the common shares of the Company (the "Shares") will be listed and available for trading on Cboe Canada at the start of trading on February 14, 2024. The Company's existing trading symbol "SUNN" will remain unchanged as a result of the listing. The Shares will be delisted from the Canadian Securities Exchange at the close of market on February 13, 2024.
