Announces a non-brokered private placement of up to 20,000,000 units of the Company at $0.05 per Unit for gross proceeds of up to $1,000,000. Each Unit will consist of one common share in the capital of the Company and one common share purchase warrant. Each Warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one additional Share at a price of $0.10 for a period of 24 months from the closing of the Offering.
