(TSXV:AVN.VN) (OTC:ARGYF) ("Avanti" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has closed the second tranche (the "Second Tranche") of its non-brokered private placement (the "Offering"). The Company issued 150,000 units (the "Units") at a price of $0.60 per Unit for gross proceeds of $90,000.
