OKOTOKS - Logistics and trucking company Mullen Group Ltd. reported its fourth-quarter profit fell compared with a year ago as acquisitions helped boost its revenue.
The company says profit amounted to $14.6 million or 16 cents per diluted share for the quarter ended Dec. 31.
The result was down from a profit of $18.9 million or 21 cents per diluted share in the last three months of 2024.
On an adjusted basis, Mullen Group says it earned 15 cents per share in its latest quarter, down from an adjusted profit of 33 cents per share a year earlier.
Revenue totalled $533.8 million, up from $499.1 million in the fourth quarter of 2024.
Mullen Group provides transportation, warehousing and distribution services as well as specialized services related to the energy, mining, forestry and construction industries.
