("Southern Empire") (TSXV:SMP.VN) (Frankfurt: 5RE) (OTC-BB:SMPEF) announces the retirement of Ron Netolitzky from the board of directors and the results of its annual general meeting of shareholders (the "AGM") held on June 27, 2023.
