Today announced that all seven nominees proposed for election to the board of directors by holders of Class A Limited Voting Shares and all seven nominees proposed for election to the board of directors by the holder of Class B Limited Voting Shares were elected at the company’s annual and special meeting of shareholders held on June 9 in a virtual meeting format. Brookfield Corporation shares T.BN are trading up $0.46 at $42.67.
