VANCOUVER, BC, March 14, 2023 /CNW/ - ATAC Resources Ltd. ("ATAC") (TSXV:ATC.VN) (OTC-BB:ATADF) announces that it has extended the effective period of a Letter of Intent, including the exclusivity provisions, with Hecla Mining Company from March 15, 2023 to the earlier of: (i) the date a definitive agreement is executed, or (ii) April 14, 2023.
