Cotton is trading down by 40 to 48 points so far. Front month cotton futures ended the first trade session of the new week with contracts up 7 to 37 points. March was the leader, up 37 points. Weakness out of the US Dollar index may have helped, as it was down 35 points on the session.Â
The Cotlook A index was 10 points higher on 2/10 to 100.85 cents/lb. The USDA AWP for cotton is 74.41 cents/lb this week through Thursday.
Mar 23 Cotton  closed at 85.64, up 37 points, they are currently down 43 points
May 23 Cotton  closed at 85.79, up 21 points, they are currently down 47 points
Jul 23 Cotton  closed at 86.22, up 15 points, they are currently down 48 points
