Has entered into an agreement with Canaccord Genuity Corp. on behalf of a syndicate of underwriters (collectively, the "Underwriters"), pursuant to which the Underwriters have agreed to purchase, on a "bought deal" private placement basis, 24,195,000 units of the Corporation (each, a "Unit") at a price of $3.10 per Unit for gross proceeds of $75,004,500. Osisko Mining Inc. shares T.OSK are trading unchanged at $3.35.
