A recall has been issued for 7-Eleven brand sandwiches, subs and wraps in three provinces of Western Canada over possible listeria contamination.
The recall notice from the Canadian Food Inspection Agency says the affected products were distributed to stores in Alberta, B.C. and Saskatchewan.
It says the affected products include chicken caesar wraps, pizza subs, tuna salad wedges, Japanese-style egg salad sandwiches and others.
The products have best-before dates between this past Sunday and Wednesday.
The agency says no illnesses associated with the products have been reported.
It says food contaminated with listeria may not look or smell spoiled but can still make a person sick, with symptoms such as vomiting, nausea and persistent fever.Â
