(TSX:TOU.TO) ("Tourmaline" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend on its common shares of C$0.25 per common share. The dividend will be payable on December 30, 2022 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 15, 2022. This quarterly cash dividend is designated as an "eligible dividend" for Canadian income tax purposes.
