(CNSX:TAAL.CN) (FWB:9SQ1) (OTC:TAALF) ("TAAL" or the "Company"), today announced that it has entered into a definitive acquisition agreement (the "Acquisition Agreement") pursuant to which Calvin Ayre, who currently owns approximately 38.5% of the outstanding common shares of the Company (the "Common Shares"), will indirectly acquire all of the remaining Common Shares by way of a statutory plan of arrangement and take the Company private.
