II (NASDAQ:AHPA) ("APAC") announced today the effectiveness of the Registration Statement on Form S-4 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") in connection with the previously announced business combination (the "Business Combination") between APAC and OmniAb, Inc. ("OmniAb"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Ligand Pharmaceuticals Incorporated ("Ligand").
