ZCL Composites Inc was incorporated pursuant to the Business Corporations Act (Alberta) on September 14, 1987, and became a federal corporation pursuant to the Canada Business Corporations Act on February 23, 1988. The Company manufactures and distributes liquid storage systems such as fiberglass underground and aboveground storage tanks, dual-laminate composite tanks and related products, services and accessories. The Company also produces and sells in-situ fiberglass tank and tank lining systems and three dimensional glass fabric materials. It has two reportable segments, Underground Fluid Containment and Aboveground Fluid Containment.
