Windfire Capital Corp was incorporated in the Province of Alberta on December 10, 2007. The Company acquires, explores and develops mineral deposits in North America. Its projects include Rooster Canyon Project and Princeton Gold Project. The Company holds 100% interest in Rooster Canyon Project which is located approximately 200 kilometers north-northeast of Thunder Bay, near the town of Schreiber, in northwestern Ontario. The Princeton project lies 25 kilometers south of Princeton, British Columbia.
