VLOV Inc was incorporated in the State of Nevada on October 30, 2006. The Company designs, markets and distributes apparel and related products targeted at 20-45 years old men under the 'VLOV' brand. It carries two product lines: Esquire and Richard Wu. The Company mainly sells its products to its independent distributors. As of December 31, 2012, all of its products were sold at POS throughout China, including 404 that its distributors operate and 17 that it operates directly.
