VelaTel Global Communications Inc was incorporated under the name Mortlock Ventures, Inc. pursuant to the laws of the State of Nevada on September 19, 2005 for the purpose of acquiring and developing mineral properties. The Company is engaged in deploying and operating wireless broadband telecommunication networks worldwide. It currently has projects in China, Hong Kong, the Balkans, Peru and Denmark.
