Treasury Metals Inc. was incorporated under the name Divine Lake Exploration Inc. by Articles of Incorporation dated December 31, 1997 under the Business Corporations Act (Ontario). The articles of the Company were amended on November 13, 2007 to change the name of the Company to Treasury Metals Inc. The Company i is a gold exploration and development company engages in its 100% owned Goliath Gold Project located in the Kenora Mining District in Northwestern Ontario. Goliath is a newly discovered gold resource with an NI 43-101 compliant resource of 1.7 million ounces of gold in the Inferred and Indicated categories combined. The advanced stage, high-grade gold deposit is based 2 km from the TransCanada highway and 20 km east of the city of Dryden, within the Eagle-Wabigoon-Manitou greenstone belt. The district is also home to a number of other major gold deposits. The Company is the new gold vehicle managed by the former Aquiline Resources executive team.
