The Company on May 16, 2012 entered into an agreement with Standard Energy Holdings LLC to acquire all of the shares of Carpathian Energy - Companie Petroliera SRL, a Romanian limited liability company that holds various oil and gas interests in Romania. The Company intends to acquire interests in older wells that, with the application of newer technologies.
