Strateco Resources, Inc., was incorporated under the Canada Business Corporations Act on April 13, 2000. The Company is engaged in the exploration of mining properties with a view to commercial production. The Company has a portfolio of three wholly-owned mining properties and joint ventures on three mining properties. All properties are located in Quebec. These properties comprised 792 claims for a total area of 42,002 hectares. It is also engaged in uranium exploration. The Company's main goal is to discover, through exploration, the possible quantity of uranium resources so as to eventually become a uranium producer and sell the uranium at market value.
