Star Gold Corp (SRGZ)

Star Gold Corp. was incorporated on December 8, 2006 under the laws of the State of Nevada. It is an exploration stage company engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties. It currently owns a 100% undivided interest in mineral a property located in the Province of British Columbia, Canada it calls the Copper Belle Property. Additionally, it has an agreement to acquire a 98% interest in a Property located in the State of Nevada known as the Excalibur Property. It has completed Phase I of its exploration program on the Copper Belle Property, which included Geological Mapping, Rock Sampling and Assaying. The Company has completed an initial exploration program on the Excalibur Property, which included Geological Mapping, Rock Sampling and Assaying. The Company's Geologist has recommended, additional exploration work be done, and has provided it with an exploration program and accompanying budget which includes additional Mapping and Sampling as well as Diamond Drilling. It competes with other mineral resource exploration and development companies for financing and for the acquisition of new mineral properties. If it decides to continue with the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties in the Province of British Columbia, it would be required to comply with all regulations, rules and directives of governmental authorities and agencies applicable to the exploration of minerals in the Province of British Columbia.
