Source Gold Corp (SRGL)

Source Gold Corp was incorporated in the state of Nevada, United States of America on June 4, 2008. The Company is an exploration stage company that intends to engage in the exploration of mineral properties. The Company has acquired four mineral claims through its wholly owned subsidiaries Northern Bonanza, Inc., an Ontario corporation, ("Northern Bonanza") and Source Bonanza, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company, ("Source Bonanza"). Northern Bonanza holds or possesses an option to acquire a partial interest in Southern Beardmore Claims and KRK West Claims. Northern Bonanza either possesses, or holds an option to acquire an undivided 50% interest, in 16 mineral claims known as the KRK West Claims. Source Bonanza owns a 100% membership interest in Vulture Gold, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company.
