Spanish Mountain Gold Ltd. is a junior resource exploration stage company incorporated under the Alberta Business Corporations Act and continued into British Columbia under the Business Corporations Act of British Columbia. The Company is a gold exploration company. Its flagship property the 'Spanish Mountain Project' is entering the pre-production phase of its development. The Spanish Mountain gold project is located in the Cariboo region of central British Columbia, about 6 kilometers from the village of Likely, in the Cariboo region of central British Columbia, approximately 66 km north-east of the city of Williams Lake. It is one of the first recognized occurrences of a sediment 'hosted' gold system in British Columbia.
