Sable Resources Ltd. was incorporated in British Columbia in 1962 as Calico Silver Mines Ltd. In 1978, the name was changed to Sable Resources Ltd. Since 1980, the Company has been a publicly-traded company on what is now the TSX Venture Exchange. The Company is a Vancouver based mining and mineral exploration company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties. The Company owns a mine and mineral, milling equipment in northern British Columbia, Canada. The Company has been involved by way of investment in several of British Columbia's mineral discoveries: These include: Consolidated Barrier Reef Resources Ltd. (Blackdome Mountain Mine), Skyline Gold Corporation (Johnny Mountain Mine), Taurus Resources Inc. (Taurus Gold Mine), International Taurus Resources Ltd. and International Shasta Resources Ltd. (Shasta Deposit). The Company's mine and mill properties are fully-permitted by the British Columbia Government.
