NuMobile, Inc. was formerly known as Phoenix Interests, Inc. On July 15, 2009, the Company's corporate name was changed from Phoenix Interests, Inc. to NuMobile, Inc. With the name change complete, the Company intends to initiate a dual focus communications campaign. One focus of the communications campaign would be to support the development of acquisition opportunities. The second focus would be to support the sales and marketing of software products already within the NuMobile solutions portfolio. The name change is part of a strategy launched earlier this year to roll up a portfolio of innovative software solutions for the smartphone and mobile computing market.
