Phantom Fiber Corp initially Pivotal Self-Service Technologies Inc. changed its name after the acquisition of Phantom Fiber Corporation on February 4, 2004. The business of the company is conducted through its wholly owned Canadian subsidiary, Prime Battery Products Limited. Effective December 31, 2002, Pivotal, through a newly incorporated wholly owned subsidiary named Prime Battery completed the acquisition of certain business assets of DCS Battery Sales Ltd. Prime Battery distributes value priced batteries and other ancillary products to dollar stores in North America. On June 7, 2002, the company acquired Prime Wireless. On March 13, 2003, the company sold all of the outstanding and issued common shares of its wholly owned subsidiary Prime Wireless including all of the Midland related assets to Wireless Age Communications Inc. Revenue of the Prime Wireless subsidiary was $26,338 for the period January 1, 2003 to March 13, 2003.
