Petron Energy II Inc. was incorporated in Nevada in June 2007. It is an oil and gas exploration and production company. The Company is operating in the states of Texas and Oklahoma. In addition, the Company operates two gas gathering systems located in the Tulsa, Wagoner, Rogers and Mayes counties of Oklahoma. The pipeline consists of approximately 132 miles of steel and poly pipe, a gas processing plant and other ancillary equipment. The Company sells its oil and gas products primarily to a domestic pipeline and to other oil companies. It is subject to regulation by numerous national, state and local governmental agencies and departments.
