PC Gold Inc is incorporated on October 17, 2007 .The Company is engaged in the exploration and development of the Pickle Crow Property in northwest Ontario, Canada. The Company is in the exploration stage. The Company's continued operations are dependent upon the ability of the Company to obtain financing for the continued exploration and development of the Property, or the existence of economically recoverable reserves and future profitable production. The Company competes with numerous other companies and individuals, including competitors with greater financial, technical and other resources, in the search for needed equipment and qualified employees and contractors with the experience and skill sets required to explore and develop the Property. All phases of the Company's exploration activities are subject to environmental regulation.
