NorthIsle Copper and Gold Inc was incorporated on August 3, 2011 in the Province of British Columbia, Canada. The Company is a Vancouver based resource company engaged in the exploration and development of the Island Copper-Gold Project on Northern Vancouver Island. The North Island Project surrounds the reclaimed BHP Island Copper Mine approximately 15-40 kilometres southwest of Port Hardy and contains a number of copper-gold porphyry systems. The North Island Project covers 60 km of porphyry copper district with one confirmed deposit and 4 other mineralized occurrences including the NW Expo and Hep zones.
