NGEx Resources, Inc., was originally incorporated on February 3, 1983 under the name Curator Resources Ltd. The Company is mainly engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties located in North and South America. he Company's operating and reportable segments are the Los Helados and Filo del Sol joint exploration project, the Josemaria joint exploration project and non-joint exploration projects. The Los Helados and Josemaria copper-gold porphyry deposits occur within a large land package controlled by the Company which straddles the border between Chile and Argentina. At Los Helados, mineralization occurs within a large Miocene age breccia body which intrudes granites and felsic volcanic rocks of late Palaeozoic age. There are several new mines and advanced projects in this area which includes Caserones, El Morro, Caspiche, Cerro Casale and Relincho. Filo del Sol is a high sulphidation epithermal copper-gold-silver system that overlies a porphyry copper/gold system. Filo del Sol is a large mineralized system, with minimum dimensions, based on wide spaced drill holes, of 2.8 kilometer in a north-south direction and 1 kilometer in an east-west direction. The Company competes with other exploration and mining companies.
