New Colombia Resources Inc was incorporated in Delaware on September 20, 2000. The Company is focused on the acquisition and development of high-quality metallurgical coal properties in the Republic of Colombia. It is a growing company specializing in acquisitions of revenue generating businesses. The Company has daily interactions with possible acquisition targets looking to expand its operations and the company's revenue stream. The Company has acquired a mining concession by the name of La Tabaquera in Colombia.
