Motors Liquidation Co GUC Trust was formed on March 30, 2011 in the state of Delaware. The Company is a successor to Motors Liquidation Company. The Company is a post-confirmation successor to Motors Liquidation Company. It was created to hold and administer the common stock of General Motors Company to be contributed to the GUC Trust under the plan, including any dividends declared thereon in the form of New GM Common Stock.
