Yaterra Ventures Corp was incorporated on November 20, 2006 pursuant to the laws of the State of Nevada. It is an oil & gas exploration company. It is engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties. Currently, it holds a 100% interest in two mineral properties that is the 'Blue Jack Property' and the 'Minnie Claim'. The Blue Jack Property is comprised of 10 mineral claims covering approximately 206 acres located in Humboldt County, Nevada. The Minnie Claim covers an area of 20 acres, located in the Leecher Creek Mining Division, Washington State. In November 2011, it completed a preliminary rock sampling program on the Blue Jack Property. The Company faces competition with other mineral resource exploration and development companies for financing and for the acquisition of new mineral properties.
