Mandalay Resources Corp was incorporated on January 27, 1997 as Mandalay Resources Corporation under the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia). The Company's main business is exploration, development, and mining of natural resource properties. The Company is a Canadian-based mining company whose business is to acquire or discover, develop, and produce mineral commodities.
