M Line Holdings Inc was incorporated in Nevada on September 24, 1997, under the name Gourmet Gifts, Inc and changed its corporate name to Gateway International Holdings, Inc., effective January 28, 2002. The Company again changed it name from Gateway International Holdings, Inc. to M Line Holdings, Inc. effective March 25, 2009. The Company currently conducts all of its operations through its two wholly-owned subsidiaries: Elite Machine and Eran Engineering. Through its two operating subsidiaries, the Company provides services and products to the machine tool industry, including the sale of refurbished CNC machines and the manufacture of precision metal components. Elite Machines is engaged in the sale of previously-owned CNC machine tools from CNC machine manufacturers including Mori Seiki, Matsuura and Kitamura. Elite Machine is a dealer of pre-owned CNC machines in the Western United States. Elite Machine purchases high-quality used CNC machinery from Japan, Europe, and the United States, and then inspects and where necessary repairs and refurbishes them prior to resale. Eran Engineering manufactures and assembles specialized, precision components used in equipment and machinery in the commercial aviation, medical, aerospace and defense industries. Its services and products are primarily marketed and sold to the commercial aviation, medical, aerospace, and defense industries The Company is a machine tool industry, which is subject to environmental laws and regulations concerning emissions into the air, discharges into waterways, and the generation, handling, storage and disposal of waste materials, some of which may be hazardous.
