Mit Holding Inc was established in 1990. The Company, through its three wholly-owned subsidiaries, distributes wholesale pharmaceuticals, administers intravenous infusions, operates an ambulatory center where therapies are administered and sells and rents home medical equipment. It has four main operating segments: Medical Infusion Technologies-'Infusion'; 'Wholesale'; Durable Medical Equipment - 'DME' and MIT Ambulatory Care Center - 'Ambulatory'. Infusion is a provider of intravenous therapies to patients at their home, at a designated facility. The Company's main product lines are centered upon infusion therapy. Wholesale is the division responsible for the marketing and distribution of Wholesale Pharmaceuticals. DME carries various durable medical equipment and supplies. Ambulatory administers the intravenous therapies to patients in the Company's facility. The Company's operations are subject to regulation by a number of governmental entities at the federal, state and local level.
