Islet Sciences Inc was incorporated under the name One E-Commerce Corporation on September 14, 1994 in the State of Nevada. The Company is a development stage biotechnology company engaged in the research and development of treatments for diabetes. The therapies under development from DTI's drug platform are small molecules with unique anti-inflammatory and immune modulating properties that represent a novel approach to treating type 1 and type 2 diabetes and many related complications.
