Illini Corp is a bank holding Company, incorporated under the laws of the State of Illinois in 1983. This Corporation presently operates two wholly owned subsidiaries, Illini Bank and Farmers State Bank of Camp Point, Camp Point, Illinois. The Company provides financial services and products, as well as contributes to the economic and social environment of its communities. Each Bank offers their customers financial services and products. Deposit products include checking, NOW, money market, savings, investment sweep accounts, and certificates of deposit. Lending products include short-, intermediate-, and long-term business and agricultural loans, commercial and residential real estate loans, personal and consumer purchase loans, home equity loans, and personal secured and unsecured lines of credit. Additional product offerings include letters of credit, credit cards, notary services, safe deposit boxes, and check imaging. Illini maintains 13 banking facilities located in the following Illinois communities: Springfield, Lincoln, Auburn, Danvers, Divernon, Elkhart, Hudson, Mechanicsburg, Sherman, and Stonington. Farmers State Bank of Camp Point is an Illinois state bank. Camp Point maintains one banking facility located in Camp Point, Illinois.
