iSatori Inc, a Delaware corporation was formed in December 1991. The Company is involved in researching, designing, developing and contracting for the manufacture of, marketing, selling and distribution of various nutritional and dietary supplement products for the general nutrition market. It distributes its products to thousands of retail stores including GNC, Walmart, Costco, CVS, Walgreens and 7-Eleven, augmented by internet sales through its proprietary online marketing new product launch system. The Company's product families include, Sports Nutritionals, Energy & Sports Drink Products, Meal Replacements and Weight Loss Products. Sports nutritionals comprises of nutritional ingredients and diet as it relates to bodybuilding, fitness and improving athletic performance. Types of sports nutritional supplements marketed are time-released branched-chain amino acids, beta-alanine to delay muscle fatigue, post-workout recovery, creatine, natural testosterone booster, and a pre-workout performance enhancer. Energy products include energy and sports drinks and shots. Meal Replacements include Meal replacement protein, a protein-based product related to weight loss and nutritional bars. Weight Loss Products are available in a pill form. Weight loss supplements marketed by the Company include Curvelle(TM), HCG Activator(TM), African Mango Super-Fruit(TM), Razberri Ketone Slim, gcbLean800, and BellyOff. It competes with health and natural specialty retailer's private label brands, such as GNC's Pro Performance(TM), Vitamin World's Body Fortress(TM) and Vitamin Shoppe's Body Tech(TM) and multi-level, direct-selling marketers, such as USANA Health Sciences and Herbalife. The research, development, manufacture, processing, packaging, labeling, distribution, sale, advertising, and promotion of the Company's products, and disposal of waste products arising from these activities, are subject to regulation by one or more federal agencies and their state equivalents, including the Food and Drug Administration, the Federal Trade Commission, the Environmental Protection Agency, the U.S. Department of Agriculture, and the Consumer Product Safety Commission, as well as by comparable or similar state agencies and government authorities in those foreign countries in which the Company distributes some of its products.
